different text types are all around us. In class, I had to work with others to create a presentation that shows different text types and the purposes of the text

Touch champions

On the 19 of November, there was a touch tournament at lindvart park.Once we got over to the fileds we put up the gizzybow and then after we put that up we went and then the tournament begin. Our first game was against Te Kura kaupapa Maori o kaikohe they beat us 3/2, Then we played Kerikeri 3 we beat them 4/3, After that game, we played Broadwood school we beat them3/1, Then we made it into the semi-finals and we played Rawene school we beat them 5/0, Then we meet Te Kura kaupapa Maori o kaikohe in the finals and we beat them 6/3 and we came 1. I had heaps of fun

Coding Trip

 On week 2 the year 7 & 8 went on a Waitangi coding trip to learn about coding. We  got off the bus we went and met our teachers whaea Kerry and whaea Monika we learnt about  Mirco bit . How learnt how to make a mirco cod and transfer it to the Mirco bit

 In class, we are exploring integrity. This thought experiment we will explore from a biblical perspective.

volleyball winners

 

On week 3 all the year 7 & 8 boys went to Whangarei to play volleyball. When we got there we unloaded the van and then we went inside and started practicing our digs, set, and spike. We had 2 people come over and teach us how to dig, set & spike. we had 15 minutes then we started. We won 3 outta 4. we did pretty good

On Thursday the 24th of September we made project health. We  were split into 2 groups 1 made the first line of defence    and the other one did the second of defence

Creative writing

In class, we are learning how to do creating writing. In the begging it was hard but in the end, it was pretty easy. I asked my friends to help me because they knew how to do it. I am on step 4 for writing.

 

 Wheelies  at waimamaku beach 

On Saturday 9 of October 2020, my family and I went to Waimamaku beach on our  Motorbikes. When we got to the beach we went for a ride. I kick-started my bike revving my bike “Watch out,'' I said, zooming past on my Thumpstar yellow bike.  The sun was shining and it was a beautiful day. My bike was sandy and the sand was all over me. The salty smell of the ocean air I drove through. I went  drifting on the sand and popping wheelies                                               

My dad went taking off on his 450 and my stepbrother went zooming past. When they zoomed past I got a fright. We got halfway and my stepbrother went over a little bump and he fell off but he didn’t get hurt thankfully. I jumped off my bike to help him he started to bleed but my mum had plasters in the truck following behind. My mum patched him up then we carried on riding. After we went finished we went for a swim in the water. My cousin went to try to do a bomb but he did it in the shallow.

 we went to see my uncle wiljay then me and my cousin rode the horses. When we were riding we saw a pig but we had no dogs or knives to kill it So we started to chase it around and try gun it down
